This apartment is right across the street from the beach, one mile from Pier Park , shops, restaurants, and a convenience store all located within walking distance! Pictures shown may not be of exact unit offered for rent.
After you view the residence and you decide to lease with us, there is a background check run on all applicants as we like to keep our communities a safe place to be. That cost is $32 per applicant. We require a clean background, a credit rating of 600 or more and no evictions. Income needs to be validated as 2.5 times the monthly rent.
We require a 12 month lease, a security deposit equal to one months rent, and last month's rent is required. All utilities are included except for cable/Wifi.
We are pet friendly with limitations and a non refundable pet deposit. The deposit is $250 per pet and there is no pet fee with us.
