Older triplex so don't expect brand new features, but great location with off-street parking, washer/dryer, dishwasher, sprinkler system, and fenced backyard. Water/sewer/garbage and summer lawn care included. Floor AC unit provided. Cats and small breed dogs allowed. $300/per pet nonrefundable deposit and $25/mo pet rent; maximum 2 pets allowed. Management reserves the right to accept or deny any pet.
PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: To qualify, applicants must pass a background check for all potential tenants (non-refundable $45 paid by each applicant), show monthly income that is 3x the rent, good rental history, no evictions in past 5 years, and credit score above 600! Non-smoking/vaping property. We also do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports.
