Verifiable monthly income, 3 times the rent amount
Good standing rental history
No evictions and/or unlawful detainers within the past 5 years
Total cost to move-in:
- first month's full rent
- security deposit (2x rent for below 600, 1x rent for above 600)
- first month's sewer and trash, which is paid by landlord (total $84)
- if pets, then first month's pet rent ($50 monthly rent per pet) plus one-time pet fee $250 per pet
- prorated rent, sewer, and trash from the first of the month will be charged on the second month
In order to secure the rental property the approved applicant is required to place a deposit. The security deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent or the amount requested that reflects your credit application. Pets are okay with non refundable pet fee.
