- No collection accounts related to rental housing or unpaid utilities
- No felony, violent, property, pet or drug related convictions in the last 7 years
- No falsification of any application information

We are a pet friendly company with this property allowing up to 1 animal at property manager's discretion. Pet screening is a required part of the application process for ALL applicants.
