The common areas are fully furnished with stocked kitchen (pots, pans, basic utensils, etc.) All utilities, high-speed internet, washer, dryer, trash and pest control are included in the rent in addition to household supplies (detergent, soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc.) that are delivered monthly. Also, a cleaning crew comes monthly to deep clean all common areas (living/dining room, bathroom, kitchen). No pets are allowed.
Just a 1 minute walk to the closest Marta bus stop and 20 minutes walking to the Westlake Marta station for a direct connection to the heart of Atlanta!
Applicant Requirements:
Income: Must have 2.5x rent. This will be verified.
Credit Score: 600 or better, no exceptions
Evictions: Applicants with past evictions are not welcome.
