Rent our beautiful travel trailer on our quiet, shared acreage. We are just minutes away from 101 for an easy commute. The unit is hooked up to electric, water and septic. Utilities included in rent: water, electric, trash (regular household only), and high-speed, fiber-optic internet. You will need to supply your own propane for heat and cooking. There is a store close by. The unit is furnished. For your convenience, we have coin-op laundry facilities on property. The unit has 1 bed and will fit 1 or 2 people. Only 1 vehicle per driver is allowed for parking. Sorry, no dogs allowed. 1 small cat or bird, upon approval, for a monthly fee of $30. NO SMOKING ALLOWED on property by you or your guests. This is strictly enforced and includes vaping. If you smoke, please do not apply. Monthly rent is $1900 + any pet fee. Your income will need to be 3 times your monthly rent. Move in with 1st month's rent and security deposit of $1900.
