Deposit: minimum deposit of $3700 and up to $5000 (depending on screening results, our screening criteria is available at  principlepm.com )
Lease Term: 9 or 11 months (depending on move in date at PM discretion)
Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with an additional $350 deposit and $25/mo pet rent
Insurance Policy: Renter's insurance required in the amount of $100,000 (not applicable for low income or with a federal housing subsidy)
Smoking Policy: Non-smoking unit

Upon approval, applicant is required to take possession of the unit within 48 hours of the approval date OR the move-in ready date, whichever is last.
