We have a private unfurnished room available in a fun, huge 4 bedroom house around Lincoln park area, 10 min drive to downtown and SDSU, 15 min to North Park and the Beach!

We have one room that is vacant and available from 10/1! Please be mindful that it is technically a sublease until 1/31 but it can be extended if it works out. Rent is $1150 plus utilities.

It's a pretty quiet neighborhood with restaurants, gyms, and grocery stores a few blocks away.

All tenants are currently in their 20's, so we definitely want to find a new roommate that vibes well with them! We'd love to find someone (male/female) who is clean, outgoing, and isn't a total stranger around the house. We have a pup and a cat in the house, so preferably no pets at this time.
