The lease term is for twelve (12) months unless otherwise negotiated with manager of property. The interior is strictly no smoking which includes all forms of tobacco, pot or other substances which may negatively affect future potential renters. Pet rental is allowed with written approval from Manager.

There is a non-refundable administrative fee of $350. The income requirement is 2.5 X the lease payment. All yard work and care is included in lease payment. Two off street parking spots are included.
