We are looking for a 17-22 month lease to start, something ending in Spring/Summer 2026.

Dedicated dining space and kitchen are in the back or the home along with the sun room and basement access. Basement is unfinished, has washer/dryer, and room for storage.

Upstairs you will find the 3rd bedroom, hallway closet, 3/4th bath, and primary bedroom.

As a tenant you are responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal.
