This unit comes furnished with a queen size bed, refrigerator, stove/oven, dining table, tile flooring throughout, tiled shower with tub, couch, flat screen TV, some extra storage space and a sliding glass door opening up to your private and fenced in backyard area. Basic WiFi as owner provides, trash, and landscaping are included. Tenant responsible for 1/2 of the electric bill (shared meter with the studio which pays the other 1/2 of bill), tenant pays a flat fee of $50 for water/sewer and all other utilities including obtaining and maintaining renters insurance.
