The Security Deposit starts at $2,300.00 depending on approval. Upon approval, the Security Deposit is due at our office in Post Falls via Cashier's Check or Money Order within 24 hours of our phone call. Once your Security Deposit is paid, we will schedule your lease signing within 7 days of approval. At lease signing, prorated rent for the month would be due.
