The unit has been newly painted, appliances where maintenance checked and the AC unit inside and outside has been serviced and cleaned. Rent is $990 a month and an initial deposit of $990 upon leasing. A background check will be nonnegotiable as we strive to ensure the safety of our renters. During the background check there will also be a credit check, we will be looking for 3X the income for possible approval. We do welcome small dogs and cats with a limit of two animals per unit this will all depend upon landlord approval. If landlord approves there will be an initial pet fee per animal. There will also be a pet rental fee that will be applied monthly.
