We're renting a private one-bedroom efficiency unit on the lower level of our single-family split-level home. It is meant for a single professional or a couple with no children.

*Living space: Furnished seating area w/small couch and comfy swivel chair, 50" TV, kitchenette & dinette table, sink, full refrigerator, 2 burner counter cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, cooking utensils.
*Bedroom: Double bed, 40" TV, wardrobe.
*Private bathroom: shower, sink, toilet. Located in a shared area. *Laundry room: Shared.
* Above-ground pool with deck: Shared.
*Fire Pit: Shared
*Visitors pass: Enjoy the neighborhood amenities like the beaches and lake. The property is located in Chesapeake Ranch Estates in Lusby Maryland.
*Includes utilities, weekly trash service, WiFi.
We do have friendly 2 dogs that we will keep separate except for in the yard and at the pool area.
