This is a multi-unit property but, neither of the other units will be occupied this winter. Tenant has use of 2 living areas, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (no garage or laundry). Fully furnished home with two queen beds and a pullout.
Owner is ideally looking for a full-time Tenant / local workers to occupy and care for the space this winter season but, we are open to folks visiting from other areas too.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES
• Advertised "Rent" Rate includes monthly housekeeping and all utilities (even gas and electricity).
• No internet or cable. Tenant to secure their own services if desired.
• Tenant is responsible for keeping all access areas free of snow (driveway, gas and electric meters, entry).
• Deposit is equal to One Month's Rent with balance of the term paid UPFRONT or 2 Months' Rent when rent is paid monthly.
• Parking for 4 vehicles in the unpaved, flat driveway. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
• Single level home. No stairs.
• AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months.
• No washing machine or clothes dryer. There is more than one coin laundry available under 1 mile from the home.
• No access to/use of the attached garage.
• Two other units in compound that will be VACANT during the ski lease.
• No bear box for trash. Trash must be put out curbside on pickup day each week.
• Utilities: At the conclusion of the ski lease, Tenant will be credited or billed for the difference in the estimated amounts over the bills.
• 5 Month minimum lease term.
• Renter's Insurance required for the duration of the ski lease term.
RATES
• Rate includes 2 hours of housekeeping service each month, water/sewer, natural gas estimate, electricity estimate, trash estimate, parking.
