The additional bedrooms are downstairs and share a full bath with tub/shower. Each of these two cozy rooms have a queen bed and dressers for storing your things as well plump sitting chairs.

• Parking for 2 or maybe 3 vehicles in the paved, flat driveway. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
• AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months.
• The cabin is equipped with electrified bear wires that must be turned on when the house is empty.
• Renter's Insurance required for the duration of the ski lease term.
• Snow Plow Contract to be obtained by Owner once lease is signed. Tenant shall reimburse owner for the cost of pro-rated seasonal service.
