Looking for an individual to take other bedroom in building who is responsible, willing to maintain a clean area, and not too loud. You would have your own room and access to the shared spaces pictured. The house has washer/dryer, dishwasher, central heating/air, and off-street parking. No smoking and no pets. There is another tenant in the other room is who is very chill.

Rent is $650 plus utilities, internet, trash, etc. Looking for a 12-month contract. One month's rent security deposit due on move in. Must be able to pass a credit and background check. Please let me know if interested.
