You will know you've arrived when you smell the salty air! A different view from every deck, from the front facing decks you’ll see the ocean in the distance, the back decks you’ll feel cradled in the Bay bushes and Live Oaks. The first floor has a comfy sectional and smart TV. There is a small spare bedroom for kids to watch a movie or play a game. The full bathroom has bathtub shower with a grab bar. You can access the front deck from the living room and the back from the kitchen. You will have everything you will need to create your family's favorite meals and snacks plus a large eight-seat dining room table to share them on. Relax after dinner or for a morning cup of coffee on the front glider while planning your short walk to the beach.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a captured sunroom. The 3 bedrooms share a full bath with a bathtub/ shower. You do need to go through the master bedroom to go to and from the bunkroom.

There is an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after a great day on the beach! Additional amenities in this lovely townhome include a washer/dryer, cable TV, free WiFi and Internet, a picnic table on the back deck, a patio glider on the first-floor deck, and tall Adirondack chairs and table on the main bedroom deck! A well-equipped selection of family games to help pass the evenings is found in the TV room. Beach access is directly across the street and only a few minutes' stroll down a sandy pathway!
