(Note that paid, public parking on 72nd Street will need to be utilized.)

With a plethora of nature hiking, library, and restaurant options, you never have to leave the neighborhood! But if you want to go adventuring, you will also have Traveler access to the Marsh Winds pool, transient boat docking in the marina, access to the Intracoastal Waterway, and the private Beach Club in Oak Island. Two Bedroom Suites share a kitchen and living/dining area. A living room balcony is perfect for watching the birds and sunsets. Our condo features comfortable beds with full privacy between sleeping areas, Smart TVs, and tasteful furnishings.

Marsh Girl is a third-floor condo, with a screened-in porch, sun shade, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. A washer and Dryer is also in the unit.
