Are pets allowed? Yes, pets cannot be over 25lbs or 17’ in height. Pet Deposit of $500. (qualifications waived for physician documented service animal)

How much is the application fee & deposit? $27.00 app fee per adult and $750 deposit.

What are the max income guidelines? 1-person household $31,740, 2-person household $36,240, 3-person household $40,800, 4-person household $45,300. All income is calculated using gross amounts. This includes but is not limited to wages, child support, social security payments, monetary gifts etc.

Is housing assistance accepted? Yes, we accept housing vouchers from most housing assistance programs.
