looking for a roommate (room fully furnished) in a 3 bedroom fully furnished, newly built home, in the new resort style community of Panther Creek (near Argyle). The community has beautiful nature trails, and paths throughout, with a gorgeous resort style pool at the clubhouse. You'll share a bathroom with one roommate. This community is a stones throw away from a shopping center and an array of restaurants and services. Qualified applicants will have a monthly income of at least 3 times the rent, along with a clean background check and responsible financial history. Please submit a free pre-screener. Upon pre-approval, you'll receive an invite to schedule a showing. After the showing, you'll submit an application, and upon qualification you'll provide a $150 security deposit, plus first and last months rent, to move in. Utilities are an additional $125 each month.
