2 rooms available, open to renting one or both but only to one tenant.
-Home is located between Raleigh-Durham, 5-10 minutes drive to most shopping areas. Close to Duke.
- Nice, quiet area
-Roughly 11 minutes to the Raleigh-Durham airport.
-near the American Tobacco Trail.
-3 beds and 2.5 baths. Tenant would have their own personal bathroom.
-There is a fenced in back yard with a porch
- Laundry room is on first floor
- Plenty of space in driveway to park

I am looking for a female roommate to rent either one or both of the available bedrooms. They will have their own full bath. Individuals only.

Little about myself:
-Work at Duke
-Have a dog
-30 years old
-Enjoy being outside most of the time as long as the weather is cooperating

-Utilities are included
-Security deposit of one month's rent is due to secure spot
-Separate deposit if you have a pet and additional $50 a month for pet
-Applicant must be non smoker
-Must be clean and tidy
