Room rent is $1,400 monthly, However, when you make one year contract, $1,300 monthly for 1st one year.

Tenants are 3 males and 1 female looking for a roommate.
There are currently 4 roommates now. Age is 22-29 years old.
It consists of two people who graduated from UC San Diego with computer science major and civil engineer major, one from UC Berkeley with physics major , and one from Biola university with journal major, and they are working as employee of company, Disneyland and self-employed.

All tenants are trustworthy, humble and nice roommates.
And also, all tenants had undergone background checks means no criminal records!!!

This property is a gated golf community in La Habra located in Prestige Gated Community, Crest at Westridge, with a Golf Course and panoramic City light View.

This property has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and approximately 3,600 sqft of floor space.

It is located on the border of Fullerton and Buena Park and is regionally safe.

Westridge, which is considered a wealthy area in the surrounding area, is a gated complex that adds to the safety.

This lovely neighborhood is home of Westridge Golf Course (18-holes) with magnificent view.

And the great thing about this area is that it's close to the markets. La fitness, regal theater are close by. Also Walmart, Sam's Club and Costco's nearby. Hannam Market, Zion Market, H-mart, Korean restaurants, fitness, pharmacies, hospitals, and major American supermarkets are all located close by, providing a very convenient living environment.

A cleaning company comes out and cleans the place once a month. (The landlord pays the cleaning fee.)

utility- tenants only pay for electric. (The Landlord pay water, trash, gas, and internet.)
