Second Floor Studio Apartment - This Studio Apartment is the perfect spot for a Single-non-smoking person looking for a quiet place to call home. Located on the same property as my Bed and Breakfast. Two Person max, however the size of the studio best fits one person. This is a NON-smoking PROPERTY ( I need to make this clear). This Apartment will be renovated the month of April, So looking to rent it as soon as I complete my renovations, hopefully mid-to end of April. Will have a new Kitchen Window, new Carpeting, New Kitchen flooring, New Bathroom Toilet, New Paint. Hearth Pad removed, New Window Coverings, New outlet covers, among anything else I see that needs to be fixed.
No Pets ( please do not ask, due to previous tenant damage I will not allow anymore pets). Tenant moves out March 31, Once Out I can take pictures of empty apartment, I apologize for the cluttered pictures.
