A brand new fully equipped kitchen with subzero refrigerator and state of the art hi-end appliances at your disposal. All individual bedrooms are tastefully decorated always providing a comfortable feeling while embracing coastal ambiance. Gated carport for parking.

Caretaker lives in separate building/cottage 80+ feet distance from main house, separated by all around fence and lush palm trees.
