Scottsdale Condo Ideal for Mayo Clinic Fellows

This furnished condo is available for rentals of one year or more.

Utilities are included in the cost of rent.

We have rented out this condo to Mayo Clinic Fellows from overseas for the last 6 years. Fellowships generally begin on July 1. We may have some flexibility with the move in date currently listed as July 15.

You will find an open layout, stainless steel appliances and a fully-equipped kitchen.

If you want to get out of the condo and explore the property, wander on down to the community's pool area to swim some laps and relax in the hot tub, or fire up the outdoor grills and cook up some burgers! If you would rather stay inside, rack up a game of pool or read a book from the bookshelf in the common area.

Choose from the master bedroom's king-sized bed, one of the twin-sized beds in the second bedroom, or in the office on the queen pullout bed.
