Located within walking distance to JEB Little Creek-Fort Story, the Sandpiper Crescent Community is comprised of single and two-level townhomes serving Enlisted Active Duty Military! Most rental prices are full housing allowance (or BAH), with the exception of our 2-bedroom apartments. Most utilities are included in rent!

Each spacious two to four-bedroom home comes equipped with the latest in kitchen amenities, washer/dryer hookups, carpeting, window coverings, and a private, fenced backyard.
