We offer studio apartments, and a limited number of one and two bedroom units. All of our apartments are fully furnished and come with ALL utilities included. We provide free satellite TV service, free high speed Internet including wireless access. WE offer a free shuttle service to UA every half hour, as well as grocery and mall shopping. We even provide our residents with free bicycles, which we repair and maintain at our expense.

What distinguishes us from all the other off campus housing properties and the UA Residence Halls is our now famous “Quiet Environment” which is maintained through our “No Party” Policy.

Our grounds are beautifully landscaped with mature trees surrounding our sparkling pool and jacuzzi. Our recreation building offers an exercise room, social lounge, game room, and even a 23 seat movie theater with a high definition projector and surround sound where you watch a movie or even play video games on the 102 inch screen. And, of course, we have a large study room with high speed Internet, Wi-Fi and a laser printer. All of our facilities are open 24/7.

Our emphasis on safety and security of our residents is a priority for us. Our perimeter has an infra-red beam system that protects our building from unauthorized access backed by 80 security cameras with recorders, 24/7 monitored smoke alarm detection system, and a fire retardant sprinkler system. Our 8? thick block walls provide additional protection against the spread of fire and also reduce sound transmission between apartments.

While we encourage socialization amongst our residents through our sponsored social events – both on and off site – our “Quiet Environment” allows our residents to concentrate on their studies during the day and peaceful uninterrupted sleep at night.
