Welcome to Rue Vendue! This adorable and charming two bedroom, two bathroom fully furnished condo is the perfect place to call home for your 30+ night stay in Charleston. Located in the heart of Downtown Charleston on the corner of East Bay Street and Vendue Range, you have direct access to scenic Waterfront Park and iconic historic sites such as Rainbow Row, the Battery, Charleston City Market, and loads of shopping on King Street. Located just steps away from some of Charleston's most highly acclaimed restaurants such as Magnolias and S.N.O.B, this condo is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy all that Charleston has to offer!
This condo features a security gate, intercom entry system and elevator access. Enter through the front door into the open living room and kitchen space. The large window overlooks Vendue Range and is a great spot for people watching! In the living room you will find a comfortable couch, chair, and a Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room and features stainless steel appliances, cooking and dining essentials, granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four!
Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable featuring the same hardwood floors as seen throughout the condo, a large window to let in loads of natural light, and a luxurious King size bed. The master bedroom features a private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The secondary bathroom is located in the hallway just outside the second bedroom providing easy access for any guests!
One parking space is provided with this unit and is located about three blocks away. Please note the washer and dryer are located on site, but are not located in the unit. Unfortunately no pets are allowed!
In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $350 upon signing the lease agreement.
* Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. Tax is charged on the rental rate, cleaning fee, and pet fee (if applicable). *
The Neighborhood: French Quarter
The busy French Quarter, in Charleston’s original walled city, is home to the 19th-century Charleston City Market, selling clothing, crafts, and artwork, with the Confederate Museum in the old Market Hall. African-American history is recounted at the Old Slave Mart Museum on the site of slave auctions. Families and visitors head to Waterfront Park on the Cooper River, while boutiques and galleries dot King Street.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays
Monthly passes can be purchased for a discounted rate *Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. Prices are subject to change.
Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.
All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.
*Please also note that Duvet Homes is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*

Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
