The other room is a regular bedroom with access to a shared full bathroom. This home is within close vicinity to OKC downtown/Bricktown, as well as the University of Oklahoma Medical Center (OUHSC) campus buildings, including the College of Medicine, College of Pharmacy, and Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF). This home is about 1,100 square feet, and has a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large and open family room, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and 2-car attached garage. Central heat and air conditioning. Rent for the master bedroom is $530 per month, and the regular bedroom is $480 per month.
