3 level townhouse, across from Johnson C Smith University, very close to Gold line Train, Johnson & Wales University, I-77/I-277, Uptown Charlotte

1 person currently lives here, you would have your own bathroom with your bedroom, and a spacious closet. Free parking if you have a car.
It will just be us two, the third room will be a guest room for my visiting family and friends.

Looking to have a conversation with any potential roommates to see if we are compatible. Will need to do a basic background check and credit report (if you have bad credit we can figure something out, having a guarantor definitely helps if credit is an issue)

Rent $1000 plus utilities (Utility cost could be from $110 to $160 depending on the bills. I usually pay between $220 and $300 for Electric,Gas,Internet, and water. We will split the cost each month)
