Rent is $775 based on single occupancy with utilities included. Biweekly cleaning company fees are split between roommates & cleaning supplies (about $50 a month.) Deposit is $850 ($750 refundable) and $55 application fee (checks background and credit).
References required.

Current roommates are females, so preferably a 3rd clean roommate:)
You will share the main spaces; kitchen, living room, pantry, patio, hot tub, washer/dryer available in the home. With the rent, it includes a security system, smart home, storage space in a shared bathroom, space in the refrigerator, and kitchen cabinets. Hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and giant yard. Extra storage available in outdoor shed; inquire when applying.
Renters insurance required.
6 month lease, with a chance to renew
Absolutely no pets, or drugs. Smoking/Vaping okay outside only.
