One large room for rent in a 5 bedroom home. Room comes with a large closet and jack & jill style bathroom, a west facing large window, gets lots of light and is unfurnished. Home was built in May of 2019. Wifi, electricity, water, and trash are included. Access to an open professional kitchen with access to an expansive open common space, and access to a shared laundry room. Access to private hot tub on site with large back yard, outdoor kitchen, and gas fire pit. House is shared with 3 other adults and one large breed friendly dog. No other pets at this time. Plenty of off street parking available. Home overlooks and has access to an 18 course golf course and access to a club house, pool, and gym. We are a smoke free, drug free, vape free property. We look forward to welcoming a new addition to the house.
