The condo is 907 sqft and features 1 full bath with heated floors, 1 half bath, a dedicated off-road parking spot, and an option to add a charger if you drive an EV. Amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and large garden patch out front. Expectations include maintaining a clean space. We split utilities in half. The location is convenient, just a 7-minute walk to North Beacon Hill Station and close to bus routes 36 & 60. Renter criteria for WA include ensuring that rent should be 30-35% of your monthly income, having a minimum credit score 650, and passing a background check.
