Will be shared a decent bathroom with one other professional.
Home is located less than 5-minute walk to Pierce College and Steilacoom Park. Room is single-occupancy only.
No pets, no drugs, and non-smokers only.
All rooms and home are furnished as pictured, and is ready for move-in, relax and back the daily grinds.
Monthly rent includes all utilities, high speed internet (800 mbps), and streaming services. Residence is in secure and quiet neighborhood.
Six-month lease required, as well as refundable deposit of $600 and non-refundable cleaning fees of $200. All guests will be background checked.
