Room comes with queen bed (new mattress), 2 night stands, a dresser and mirror. Currently occupied will be ready 6/1/25. Just bring bed cover, pillow cases and your personal belongings!

Shared bathroom w/ 1 other tenant. Other tenant rarely home, very clean, in army & sanford fire dept.

House is well kept, clean, a lot of available storage in and outside the home, well secured with cameras for safety. No street so no foot traffic, very safe neighborhood. Backyard has big deck for entertaining and relaxation with fore pit, hammock, lounge chairs, etc.

No dogs or cats allowed, pets ok that you can keep in your room. Must be ok with dogs as the house has a puppy.

Rent is 950 per month all utilities included. First and Last month with $250 deposit for move in and if credit score is below 700 during background check an additional $250 deposit is required.
