Description
This is a ROOM to rent, NOT an apartment, and NOT the whole house. The house currently has 3 roommates. We do not discriminate based on FHSA-mandated non-discrimination requirements, You rent a bedroom; all other areas are shared among the other roommates. We have a House Rules (or, Code of Conduct - CoC ) where violations/failures may result in charges. The CoCs are no joke; they represent corrective actions from over 10 years of co-living. If you live with Personal Responsibility and can live in Peace and Harmony (per the CoC), you will fit in, otherwise you will not. Applicant screening fees are refundable upon move-in.
We are a house with LGBQT+ roommates, so acceptance is a must. We share house chores on an equitable basis. Lots of off-road parking.
There are no close-by bus stops (sorry!)
