Room in 2BD Apartment for Rent

Hello! My name is Kyla and I'm a soon-to-be senior at UCLA currently studying Education and Social Transformation. I'm hoping to find a roommate to room in my off-campus apartment! My current roommate is graduating this year, so I'll have an empty room available for the start of next year.

Right now I live in a two bedroom one bathroom unit on Veteran Ave with one room open. It's approximately a 10 minute drive/25 minute walk to UCLA campus. The apartment is fully furnished, full kitchen, dining area, and large living room space.

In terms of utilities, water is covered so we cover electricity, gas, and wifi. Besides the apartment, the room is comfortable size for one person and has its own private balcony. I will be staying year-round, so you must be okay with an annual lease! This year's lease will be renewing on September 1st. Let me know if anyone is interested

Rent: $1722/month
Utilities: $60/month (gas+electricity+wifi)
Pets: No pets now, but a cat may be coming into the apartment! There may be a pet fee if you decide to bring one in
Sleep: I go to bed late, usually around 1am or 2am and wake up around 9am in the mornings
Guests: I don't mind guests or partners
Lifestyle: I don't mind any smoking or drinking
Tidiness: I'm a relatively neat person, I don't mind some mess occasionally but I do try my best to keep everything clean!
