Single bedroom with its own walk-in closet inside a Victorian built house with other roommates. The room is located on the 2nd floor with the resident sharing a bathroom with 2 other roommates on the same floor. The room includes a ceiling fan and 1 window with central heating and air.

There's a total of 6 other roommates in the house. All residents share a community kitchen and living room space. The common areas are spacious and can accommodate the residents. There's a washer and dryer set available for use by residents.

The house is a beautiful Victorian build with a front porch and yard. There's limited driveway parking; it's first come, first serve. Parking is not assigned, and street parking is used as necessary.

Utilities are shared between all residents (electric, water, gas).
Security deposit is 1 months' rent.

One-year lease on approved credit and verification of income.

$50 application fee applies.
