A room for rent in a residential house. Room is on the main floor has a shared bathroom with large shared kitchen, laundry room, pantry and living room. Rent includes utilities. Looking for responsible person respectful of other tenants able to clean after themselves. The property is a drug-free and alcohol-free environment. Parking is on Street only and requires a City of Salem parking permit. No pets on the property. Rental is close to Safeway, State buildings, Willamette University and to bus lines. Our process is to do a pre-screen initially and understand why you're looking for a room. At that point if you're still interested we can set up a time to view the room. To do the pre-screen we need a email or textable phone number because we do this in a digital form from a specific application. Since we're renting a room within our residential house it is important to us to be able to understand who wants to rent that room and for you to know us.
