Single bedroom with its own closet and built in bed platform with other roommates. The room is located on the 3rd floor with the resident sharing a bathroom with 2 other roommates on the same floor. The room includes a ceiling fan and window with central heating and air. Just outside the bedroom is a large room that is common area for 3rd floor residents to share.

There's a total of 6 other roommates in the house. All residents share a community kitchen and living room space. The common areas are spacious and can accommodate the residents. There's a washer and dryer set available for use by residents.

There's limited driveway parking; it's first come, first serve. Parking is not assigned and street parking is used as necessary.

Utilities are shared between all residents (electric, water, gas).

One-year lease available.
