There is also parking available on the driveway or on the street in front of the home. Rent includes electricity, gas, water, and wifi. Washer and Dryer on premise. Only 1 occupant per room is allowed. No pets allowed. All potential tenants must pass background check, credit check, ID and employment verification. Annual income must be 35X the monthly rent amount (i.e. for this room $27K - $30K annually) Minimum lease term of 6 months Move-in Requirements: Completed and approved application , 1st month's rent (pro-rated if move-in date is not the 1st of the month) and security deposit ($500)
