Furnished 12x12 room for rent. Includes bed, bed linens, chest of drawers, microwave, refrigerator, small table with chair, TV, and room has separate A/C and heat. Room has private entrance and private bathroom. Towels, washcloths, and hand towels included. Includes WiFi and utilities.

Rent $900 includes weekly cleaning service, kitchen access, and laundry.
Cleaning includes: cleaning bathroom, vacuuming, changing sheets, trash service are once a week and washing and changing towels twice a week.

Renters insurance required for tenants that stay longer then 30 days.

Move in is first months rent ($900) + $200 refundable security deposit.
There will be an application fee through Turbotenant,com which also does the background check.

No pets, smoking, vaping, tobacco use of any kind, burning candles or incense and no drugs. No parties. No overnight guests.
