I Am the owner of the townhouse and I live here with my 2 cats , who I take care of responsibly. No Smoking, Vaping inside Townhouse or on Patio of townhouse. You Must Love Cats. No other pets allowed. The cats are very friendly. Washer and dryer in garage. One parking space in private attached 2 car garage. No overnight guests for Safety reasons. Community Pool and Jacuzzi. Street parking also available if car does not fit in garage. I am Hardworking, Responsible, Respectful and Courteous. You Must Be Too ! Absolutely No Drugs At All allowed on Property. No Exceptions !!!. Please Be Clean and Have Clean Living Habits. This is Very Important, make a mess clean it up responsibly right away. Don't Be like my Current Roommate. I Work 6 days a week , I am off on Sundays and Saturday afternoon. I most keep to myself.
