I'm looking for a long term renter who has a steady job, is responsible, and clean.

Im located in the Juanita area of Kirkland near Juanita Beach. Close to 405, 40+ restaurants, Lake Washington Institute of Technology, Amazon Prime, Google, Virginia Mason Clinic, Evergreen Hospital, and much more.

Rent is $1,050 per month including the following utilities:
Electricity, gas, A/C, water, sewer, garbage, and wifi.

First month, last month, security deposit due at move in.

The house is furnished, the bedroom is not.
The room is approximately 11‘ x 11‘, about 120 sq ft.

You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

I have 2 small well behaved dogs. They are very sweet.

References and credit check.
Cigarettes or vaping outside only please. 420 is fine.
