•Security Deposit: Equivalent to one month's rent

About Me: I'm a 28-year-old female working in finance. I'm looking for a female roommate in their 20s to 30s who is also working full-time. Ideally, someone clean, courteous, and respectful of shared spaces. No smoking or pets are allowed. Ideally, l'd love to find someone who is ready to commit for at least 6 months to a year.
