This house is recognized as one of the better quality padsplits. Bedding included in rental. large screen TV's in every room w streaming channels.

King beds in most of the rooms along with 55" Smart TVs with streaming channels (netflix, disney, amazon video, hulu, paramount+). Laundry available. Some bedrooms come with private fridge and separate entrances.

DBR doors have key locks and front door has smart lock for security. 3 blks fr transit.

We do perform additional background checks on all applicants
