Hello! I'm looking for a responsible roommate to rent a fully furnished room on the newly renovated 2nd floor of my home. The room comes with a twin bed, dresser, and desk.

Amenities include:
- Internet
- Shared bathroom and kitchen
- Access to a grill, and laundry
- ALL utilities included in the rent

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood near I-25—perfect for walking, running, and biking—and close to great shopping. There are currently two cats and two humans (including myself) living here. We both lead active lifestyles and are early risers—this is not a party house. We're looking for a mature, respectful adult to join our household. No dogs, drugs, kids, or unemployed applicants, please.
