This beautiful 3-level townhouse features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 recently renovated bathrooms. The available room is located at the top level includes a bathroom in front of the bedeoom. We are looking for a friendly, clean, and organized roommate to share the living area and kitchen with us. Utilities (water, electricity, and internet) are split three ways between you, my husband, and me. We live in the baseman with our cat and have a private area with our own bathroom.

Assigned parking is available for $40/month. Visitor and off-street parking are free.

The community offers a pool and basketball court. We prefer a full-time working tenant. The lease is for six months, with the option to extend.
