Entire house and fully functional kitchen is SHARED with other traveling nurses, students interns, or business professionals. Each room has a keyed lock for privacy.
1) Master bedroom with private bathroom: AVAILABLE $1050 and parking in the garage. Shared bathroom for Bedroom #1: RENTED and Bedroom #2: RENTED.
2) High speed internet/Wi-Fi. Lawn is maintained during the spring and summer
3) NO SMOKING, NO pets, including ESAs. This housing is exempt from FHA-ESA regulations. NO guests more than 1 week unless otherwise arranged
4) NON-REFUNDABLE/adult: App fee $50.
5) REFUNDABLE deposit/adult: keys $40 & security $950/room & Cleaning $150/room (refundable if kept clean and after satisfactory inspection). Application only for serious potential renters
